ok i have heard alot about the yogurt,
Oohh yes, plain live cultured yogurt is okay to add, as it has digestive enzymes in it. I DO add that, even to a newbie dog.

ok i have heard alot about the yogurt, but i also heard make sure it has certian enzymes in it, and the one article i read said something about look on the container but i loked yesterday and sen nothing with anything that said containing enzymes of any sort, so i didnt grab any yogurt or cottage cheese, is that tru or can i get any kid, and how much do i give him?
i really appreacite everyones help i had no idea people would be willing to help me
thank you
You want yogurt with live and active cultures. Homemade kefir will have about 80 cultures, good yogurt has 5-10. Cottage cheese doesn't have any live cultures.

Cottage cheese doesn't have any live cultures.
And, if I remember correctly it is high in salt content as well.

As others have mentioned separately, all of these are crucial: Plain (no sweetener or flavorings), and "live" or "active" cultures on the label.

White upon exit? Crumbly? Or after it has been in the yard for a while?
C'mon man...Don't be shy. Give us all the gross details.

You could try about a tablespoon of canned pumpkin (NOT pie filling).
Pumpkin is a wonderful thing, not only does it help firm up a loose dog but it helps loosen up a firm dog too.....
Crazy that we are all telling you to give one thing and intro other things gradually and then we tell you to add stuff too....AHHHH the wonderful world of raw. It gets easier really fast though....

Cool. I wasn't sure if it was still runny or if it was starting to crumble. If he was back full on solid, I was gonna give my .02 cents on where to go now.
Since you're still improving from runny, then carry on.
