They are most likly going to let people on the island by next week.
We are the first section on the island to get on least amount of damage. So I will get pictures up for all who want to see.
Allow most of them will look normal as they have been cleaning up around the clock out there.
UTMB up and running again.
And the sewer system is getting online and water system also.
Man you don't know what you have tells it gone.
But things are looking up for us
I will be giving a guard my second bedroom in my house that lot everything. He lived on a boat and it is gone.
Thats the least I can do.
I will always live my life like there is no tomorrow and be a lot more thankful for what I have.
Cause it could always be a lot worse now I understand that.
Its a good life lesson to learn. Thank goodness I learned it early.

Galveston Residents Can Return Wednesday
Nearly 45,000 anxious Galveston residents, barring the West Enders, will be able
to return to their homes Sept. 24 at 6 a.m., KPRC Local 2 reports Saturday.

Well we made it home this is the first time I stopped all day.
Cut a big tree and ripped out sheet rock.
Insurence coming tomorrow.
Been a long day gang happy to be home and life great no power but hey they did it many years ago I can do it a few more days.
Get to take dogs on walk tomorrow and see the rest of the island.
Its been a long few days.
No power at the house still we are back in Seabrook.
The insurance guy came today.
They have to rip it down to the studs.
And start over we knocked the walls out the other day.
All new appliances floor and all.
We will be out of our house for 6 weeks to 12 weeks at the least.
But my mom is letting me stay with her tell house is ready.
Been a lot of stuff and now I have no job and my car is acting really funing and husband has to drive 3 times as far to work more gas money
But life goes on right.
Hopefully where back home by Christmas.
I miss my yard.
All puppys went with there new owners.
And 2 of my fosters had to go to a new house.
And my landlord took all but one cat to where she is staying.
I had 3 Foster cats Mom and one kitten, Then another kitten.
