what else to put with turkey or salmon to ensure a rounded diet?
Everything from the turkey or salmon that my dog can fit into its mouth. No more, no less.
If you feed the meat, bones, and organs of the whole animal, you are ensured a rounded diet. Better yet if your dog will eat the entire thing. Feathers, fur, scales, eyes, brains, stomach, etc., etc., etc..........
wow, I thought this thread had died...guess not. Haha

GASP!!! You DO NOT feed the poor sweet foster SCIENCE DIET!!! Of all the possible foods to feed him! Even Purina would be an upgrade. Well, maybe it would be a tie.
Angela I was reluctant to post that I knew I would be reprimanded . If I could afford more I would, but alas . He DOES get meat eggs and salmon oil/vit E though. Not a lot, not half his diet, but he does get some.

TRIPE is a BIG hit . He eats the tripe even before the meat in his bowl
I also try to make sure he gets a variety of meat plus organs/giblets. He LOVES organs.
Green veggies go over decently. Alfalfa, broccoli, celery, some carrots. I blend them in the food processor and mix them with yogurt/tripe
