I just thought even the most curious would have their questions answered with a sign that said Dog in training, especially if my attention was centered on the dog......not on passers-by.
Randy
Most people, yes. "Service Dog in Training" can trigger questions, though, so I learned a back-off signal that was still not antagonistic. No eye contact, distant, no engagement, but not likely to bring out the shoulder-chip.
Randy, I know exactly the kind of behavior Connie is suggesting. It's the same behavior I had toward my ex's, before I said 'make a new plan, Stan, drop of the key, Lee......'.lol
YES! Jubilation, she loves me again, I fall on the floor and I'm laughing......
I can't help but wonder how many forum members (younger) are scratching their heads and wondering WHAT in the HECK (yeah, right) are these guys talking about???
It is a old song (1970)by Simon and Garfunkle (betcha never heard of them either... ;-)) called Cecelia...
Cecilia you're breakin' my heart
You're shakin my confidence daily
Whoa Cecilia I'm down on my knees
I'm beggin you please to come home
Come on home (repeat)
Makin' love in the afternoon with Cecilia
Up in my bedroom (makin' love)
I got up to wash my face
And when I come back to bed someone's taken my place
Cecilia you're breakin' my heart
You're shakin my confidence daily
Whoa Cecilia I'm down on my knees
I'm beggin' you please to come home
Jubilation she loves me again
I fall on the floor and I'm laughing
Jubilation she loves me again
I fall on the floor and I'm laughing
