Exactly... like I said. Iguanaish diet (as far as content) with bugs as a kind of garnish. Its pretty much the same veggies, grated up the same way, with a few crickets added in as the only difference.
The main point I was trying to get across is that while you may put in veggies right now. It's really difficult to get them to eat it when they're babies. They're pretty much insectivores at this point.
Well he is doing quite well as of now, He has explored his cage, eaten a tiny bit of lettuce and drank a little water.
He even pooped
He has eaten a bunch of crickets! Everything I have read says to feed as many as he will eat in 5 or 10 minutes twice a day, but that seems like way too many for such a little guy.
He had two this morning and three more this afternoon, they are about 1/4 inch size.

just checking, thanks. i have had many reptiles, including iguanas, btu i haven't had a beardie in a LONG time...
