Interview went well, should be hearing back from the vet either the end of this week or the begining of next week! She had her tech show me around the office (areas I haven't seen, yet) and also gave me a list of the duties for the job. Seems pretty easy.
She said that they may even have me come in for a half an hour some day while they are doing surgeries, so I can see and help out. Just to make sure that I don't get queasy-because not everyone can handle that kind of thing.
Hopefully it works out for me, I'm going to be anxious until I get that phone call.

We did this at our hospital...had applicants come in and hang for a few hours to get a sense of the work and the environment.
I remember an applicant of ours who seemed great in every respect but one: she admitted she fainted at the sight of blood. We both came to the conclusion that a vet hospital probably wouldn't be a great work environment for her.
