Just wanted to bump this invaluable info about not give one or two gelcaps of fish oil per day (even though manufacturer instructions often indicate this as an appropriate dosage) to a large dog and thinking it's sufficient.
It's almost placebo-level for a big dog to get a gram or two a day, IMO.
