Guilty here too. In fact, as I was reading this, I was finishing off the last M and M in the family size bag.
On the other hand, my dog is in great shape; eats healthy and is very fit. She was about 10 lbs overweight but I decreased the food and increased the exercise and she is now at a perfect weight. I guess I should be following the same routine.

I'm an awful eater, dislike about everything except black coffee from awake to sleep time.
Except my coffee’s are vanilla latte. Nestle put out a great new product, individual packages that “say” 100 calories, sure beats the triple espresso lattes at Star Bucks – which I love.
As well, I’m not a very good cook (well some things people say they really like but I’m sure they’re just being nice). Hubby had a restaurant cook job (not a chef) in his early years and is very comfortable around the stove – part of the reason I married him.
When I first heard about feeding raw to dogs (about 12 years ago) I gobbled up all the information I could find and haven’t looked back. I knew this was a food area that I could excel at (hey, I can flip some mean cellophane, I’m all over freezing and thawing and can plunge the last ounce out of a grizzly).
Hubby’s a real nutrient nut and all about supplements for both for us and the dogs. So what we may lack in the actual prepared meals he gets into us in pill form. I think my boys are probably as healthy as they can be.
Vince lost about 10 lbs when we first got him, changing over but he’s a lean mass, muscle machine now. Echo Kevin grew extremely fast (which kind of concerned me) but from what I understand it’s to be expected with the appaloosa in his genes.
All in all, I think the minimum 2 hours of daily hiking/walking keeps us in fairly good condition. We do love our junk food (I’m a potato chip freak) and certainly could benefit with the loss of a few pounds too.
And no Michael please...carry on with high corn syrup fructose.

See?!?!?!?! I really am not kidding about the HFCS, it's obviously addictive... and it messes with your hormones.
Mike, when you finally succumb to the HFCS we will just have to remember you by your Wanket. I'm sure your widow will put it up on eBay and we can run up the bids on it. Who knows how much it will sell for??? It'll probably be like that motorized fake Lazy Boy chair and bring thousands of dollars.

I'm pretty sure he'll be buried with the wanket. One does not depart to the next life unprepared.
I'm with you on the HFCS. That stuff has given me a nasty coke (a cola) habit.

Coffee actually has more antioxidants than tea. And less caffeine. In terms of caffeine, it's tea, coffee, and then espresso. I drink my teas black. In coffee, I only add regular or vanilla soymilk. It adds flavor but doesn't add any of the other crap that's in everything else. I do it with tea sometimes too, to make tea lattes.
The only tea with more antioxidants than coffee is green tea. Green tea is so powerful it counteracts chemotherapy.
I drink decaf everything except when I have a diet soda. I'll have to check out those supplements for migraines. Thanks Debbie!
By the way, this is what I remember from a nutrition class and cancer studies that have been published (I'm the proud stepdaughter of a two time cancer survivor). If any of it's wrong, please correct me!

Wow, I assumed Espresso had more caffeine regular coffee.
In honor of this thread I am drinking my coffee with only skim milk this morning, I might break down and put a little splenda in the next cup.
