NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! There is nothing nurturing about that 3-D atrocity of a Young Dr. Kildare gone wrong with maniacal intent evidenced by his leering grin and too tall thumbs.
Can I get nurtured just for putting up with everyone around me going mental? It's starting to make me feel a bit kookoo myself
I love humanity, it's people I can't stand.
Oh, and I think the wafghan might actually be appropriate for drinking gin and eating Ben and Jerry's (there's a new flavor? Yeah!) on someone's front lawn. I think it would complete the scene somehow.
I am in need of nurturing, or a hug, or a valium or something.
It has been a helluva week at work, and today is going to take the cake.
How they expect me to run the place without any inventory is beyond me. So it will be a day of apologizing to my customers.
And my 9 year old son will be joining me for about 3 and half hours this afternoon.....not going to be fun for either one of us.
Take the easy way, send them down the street. Sorry sir, we're out of that. Did you check over there? I had my 10yr old here Wednesday. 5am to 5pm. He still thought it was fun??
Thank goodness for games on the laptop, maybe I will have him sort stuff or something, we will see.
As per the inventory, I would just think that when I filled out my order for the week, that the stuff on the list would be ordered, not a bunch of other crap that I don't need....sigh
There's a lot to be said for umbrella drinks. But at the same time, there are equally yummy drinks involving chocolate liqueur. Or maybe some plain old Wild Turkey to chase da blues away.
Dans les champs de l'observation le hasard ne favorise que l' esprits prepares. Louis Pasteur
The last time I drank Wild Turkey I wound up sleeping on somebody's front lawn by accident. They were nice people though. They covered me with a blanket (though not a wafghan). Come to think of it, maybe they thought I was dead...
Okay, blackouts aren't very nurturing. For the purpose of this thread I'll stick to umbrella drinks and ice cream.
