Yeah, my m-i-law in Mexico has a few sheep, and by brother in law made the mistake one day of turing his back on the ram while he was in the corral; he got knocked on his butt and was pretty bruised up for awhile... wish I had video...
They will get to grow and be happy and have fun until they are abouit 150-175 pounds, then they will become dog and people food.
I really like goat meat. They make this dish in Mexico (like for a big party) called birrea where they cook the entire goat (kid) in a big pot with a mild seasoning, until the meat just falls off the bone. It's eaten with tortillas (go figure) and tomatillo (green tomato)salsa. Man is it good...
Don't space out the castration. Use a band, or, have the vet cut them using anaesthesia. Seriously, you will really want to do this. Nothing hits puberty faster than a buck kid.

Ditto what Betty said. We usually banded ours by about 4 - 6 weeks or whenever we saw them drop and had a minute to snap on a band. If you wait too long the bands will be too small to stretch.
Keeper bucks were usually kept in a fort knox pen at the end of the property and sorted as we made a decision about their future. We also found that there was a specific religious meat market in the area that would pay handsomely for intact moderate size bucks that didn't make our cut so we usually raised a half dozen boer/ober crosses for that purpose every year.
BTW Goat makes amazing sausage, dry sausage, and peperoni
