Celery is not my food of choice, the strings get caught up on their molars and it can be more difficult to digest. The tops{leaves} are ok, I would just get all the strings off the stalks and cut into small chunks, I don't bother.
I was able to find that video and what REALLY bothered me was the fact the fact that the young chick had been tied out so that it could not get away! I'm not sure what those folks were trying to prove, but the cow absolutely ate the young chick.
Nope. They're pretty sure that mad cow disease came from using sheep infected with scrapies for cow feed. Same thing goes for chronic wasting disease in elk and deer.
