Piointing angirly? Who in the hell did that? Not me. I just said no firmly. Never even raised my voice.
The party outside only made matters WORSE. But what do I know you all clearly are the experts any one that has suggestions outside of your own are wrong. Great.

Michelle, PLEASE put the potty training thing behind you. Its over and done and no longer needs your attention. Be a big girl and DROP IT.
Your other post, "Marly Girl", is where your mind needs to be. Forget protecting yourself over poor potty training advice. The sooner the better.
ETA. I'm not saying any of this to try and pick a fight with you. Your other situation is dangerous. This one isn't. I just want to convey the importance of getting a handle on your dog.
I didn't tie her IN the puddle are you crazy? or can you not jsut read?
I put her ON her leash....do you have a problem with leashes too?
Four months of walking her in and out every 1-2 hours, getting up at night, following her around the house and having parties outside DID NOT work.
She went everywhere she could as soon as I would step in the shower, stop to cook dinner, stop to go to the store, stop to homeschool, stop to do laundry.
LOL Find you don't agree but you CAN NOT say your method worked when it didn't.
And don't point fingers at me accusing me of tieing my dog up in piss or yelling at her in anger when nothing like that took place.
Well I certainly don't want your suggestions on how to deal with her chasing company away so I guess I will go elsewhere. Thanks for your insults. You ticked me off but not the dog.
I guess next your going to say me telling her no while she is she would run across the street was a bad thing to.
Oh the trainer you don't like had me kneel next to her first on a leash and talk to her softly whiel people walked by so she wouldn't run after them and say no firmly, not yelling or in anger. Now all I have to do is say Marley and look at her and she comes right back. No more neighboors being chased down. Wow!

That's not true. There are a few different ideas in this thread to help the OP. All from different people.
And how did the party outside only make things worse, when you said in your original post that was the last step of your potty training procedure??

. Then on the leash I took her outside. When she would go while outside we had a party. Off came the leash and she would go back in or stay out to play.
Oh my goodness Dina those puppies are so adorable!
May I suggest this. This is what a trainer had me do with my girl. I couldn't get her broke and a week later she was broke. I was really surprised.
When she would go inside regardless if it was when I was gone or not...I would put her on a leash and tie her right about where she went. Then I left her for 20 minutes at a time. I would tell her No firmly while pionting at her mess about 4 times during that time. I would clean it up in front of her and say NO one last time. Then on the leash I took her outside. When she would go while outside we had a party. Off came the leash and she would go back in or stay out to play.
It worked like a charm. My girl is now I think 18months.
mod note: please see below; this is bad advice
This almost sounds like the type of thing that could lead to some territorial aggression from an insecure dog that may end up attacking everyone that comes near. Be careful.
I'd tighten up the length of time your girl was in the crate so that the habit HAD to be broken, kind of starting as if she were a new puppy starting housebreaking. I know it sounds like a pain (and it is), but it will work and be worth it.
I'd probably also drop off a specimen, just in case. This is pretty inexpensive.
Man, this topic just blew up after I responded. Well I hope Diana you take the sound advice given by most. It is for your dogs best interest. By the way, beautiful dogs. Had someone at work do a double take on them commenting just that too. Good luck.
Is her daytime crate the same as her night time crate?
Is there anything different about her confinement during the day than at night? (ie, toys, TV/Radio left on, another dog nearby....*anything* you can think of that would be different)
Is there bedding in her crate?
