Not everything they sell is the most amazing quality, but its cheap and it works. I got a large wire crate there on sale for $60, brand new. That's over $100 off what I would have paid anywhere else for the same exact crate.
Its the catalog that a lot of groomers and vets use, you will see a lot of the stuff they sell marked up substantialy other places.
The warehouse store is in MA, but anybody who wants to can order from their website or catalog.
I know you have your crate issue settled, but if you need anything like that in the future they are worth a try.

I was really lucky when I found my wire crate. I already had a large one that I got when my Rottie was a baby and I went to a "birthday" bash for a local self dog wash place. They had several folks there offering services and selling things sort of like a big garage sale. Some folks had an XL wire crate they were selling for something like $45! Needless to say I snatched it up in a second. Then I made the mistake of loaning my large crate to a friend, who then wanted to buy it. I never saw the $$ or the crate again
There was also one of the microchip places there and I got Callie chipped for something like $20, too! All in all it was a very successful day although Callie was a little annoyed about the microchipping (she was only something like 3 months old)
