Bernard Flinks is great to work with. I was at a 5 day seminar with him @ LB 6 years ago. He comes to the states & does seminars here during the year all over the states.
Mike Ellis is also great to work with. I've been to 2 of his seminars. He works out of his school in CA now, but still does some seminars throughout the states. Sure wish I lived in CA. :-)
Both use motovational drive work training & both are gentlemen & fun to be around.
You can't go wrong with either one. Whichever one you prefer. They both have volumns of info to share. Check their websites for seminar listings.
If you really WANT to travel to Germany to train & want a good trainer...Bernhard offers training at his facility in Germany.

I never imagine my post from this simple but hones man could have so much response.
It al started out from a article someone sent me, maybe it was late at night, like always, anyway just wanting the best for my pack plus knowledge for me, this question came to be a post.
And really I got my answer in the first two post, I am satisfied with our station in life, just was looking for more, and I understood that more is your hard work. Michael is the best I have seen, with simple explanations that makes sense
Now let's makes this a little interesting, I predict my Chico will have his BH this year
