I am so very sorry for your loss, Ram. I well remember watching Kaiser in your videos. May you take some comfort in those memories, and allow the time to pass that will heal, but not entirely remove, the aching void of his absence. My condolences to you.

Anyway, We have a show coming up on 11th of may 2012 . I had entered kaiser, helga and bommi. I am in two minds on whether to attend the show or not.
I will decide in a few days time.

Oh Ram, the very real pain you are feeing in your heart is probably taking your breath away at the moment, try and have some time with just you and Bommi and Helga, they will know, and they will understand.
It is going to take some time, don't rush things, when you are ready you will be able to look at photos and videos without choking.

give yourself time - as much as you need. Grief has no schedule. Ten months after I lost Missy I'm finally able to talk about her look through pictures sometimes just a bit without tearing up.

Most of the dogs in the world never have this kind of love and care.
Yes, we all make mistakes. We disagree about methods. We disagree about food. We even treat our dogs badly, in a bad mood or by mistake, and then we're aghast at ourselves.
But we give our dogs lives that most dogs do not get to have, with care and socializing and affection and leadership and good food and training.
Sometimes it helps to remember that you blessed his life, Ram, just as he blessed yours. Even if it was too short in human eyes, it was blessed.

We do share a deep love for our dogs and that is a bond too.
When one of our members loses their beloved friend and companion, we all hurt, and feel that loss, because we have been there ourselves. I am glad you feel at home here Ram, I do too.
