I can't put a whole lot of weight to the dogs' body language. My old Shar pei would immediately adopt the demeanor that said, "Yes, I have been beaten at least once an hour my whole life", every time I picked up a camera. Hence, not many pics of her.

My Pinker doesn't do any of those things. My "other dogs" sure did!!!
On second thought, if I had a baby, he might hump it if I wasn't looking......

I have a cower-er right now. I've had him for years, he has never been mistreated in any way, and he seems to do it only when there's an outsider to observe.

I had to laugh, it doesn't show here in the quote but if you look at Betty's original post it shows there.
