I was giving havanna pig´s femur in addition....
Im giving like 1,43 lb to sookie and 1,15 lb to havanna total from the chicken backs (,88lb aprox) and the rest on the meatless breast, and the chicken foot. Yesterday had a bit of liver and heart, but a tiny pice... aboy the size of a cherry.
I plan to balance the food in 3 days this recepie of chicken, 2 or 3 days of heart, lungs and trachea of the beef and the rest in "fresh"(i will freeze the fish for about 10 days or so because of the parasites and stuff ) fish. I can get the head for a buck the kg (2,2 lbs), and some complete fish at 2 bucks the kg. What do you think?
The dog with the poop issues (and in fact, many dogs) may not do well on a lot of organs at once. That is, while balancing over time is great for many dogs, grouping organ meats all together in a day is going to trigger diarrhea in others.
The dog with poop issues needs to back up, no pork, no weight-bearing bones like femurs. She needs to have chicken backs until you see brown logs, then gradual additions as described above, not adding anything else until each addition results in normal logs. All the mucus generally means the gut is a bit stressed and is overproducing mucus. For me, this means "back up ... going too fast."
I don't know whether the poop-problem dog is 88 pounds ... I see only one dog weight.
BTW, this gradual addition part is just at the beginning, but as you already see, some dogs really need this, and diarrhea is MUCH easier to avoid than fix. An inflamed gut is hard to un-inflame without a fast. So I'd back up and do one item at a time. Anything else you already have can be frozen until the dog is ready.
So chicken backs, peeled at first. Then poultry meat would be added (see the link I posted to explain RMB-to-boneless ratio .... it's at http://leerburg.com/webboard/thread.php?topic_id=32656&page=1#366439 ). Only when I saw good normal poops on this would I begin to gradually add one additional item at a time.
I know you have just one with issues, but it's going to be a lot easier to treat them the time. (I speak from long experience. )
Don't worry .... you will end up with a varied diet. Just take your time getting there and let that dog's gut adjust to each step.
BTW, about 2 or 2.5% of the dog's weight will be the most likely full day's food weight, divided into two meals, but I don't start there. I start smaller.
Are you doing two meals a day?

That poop picture ... it does look like the color might be just the heavy mucus. I'd like to see one when the mucus has diminished a bit.

Ok so from today only the chicken backs and the boneless or just the back?.
I really need to say that the backs that i buy have way more meat than i expected, or maybe they have less bone imo.
For Havanna i will take the time, i will reduce all and go with baby steps.
Sookie is 55 lb(66 pound) and Havanna is 50 lb(61 pounds). (i have all this in kg so im converting all now >.< they are having about 3% of her weight per day but i only give them one meal at 5 pm. They are used to one meal so i think that the change from kibble to raw was ok with only one meal.

For me, I don't like to feed just one daily meal to the bloat-vulnerable breeds (like shepherds), whether it's raw or kibble.
Also, in my experience, many dogs cannot ingest enough in one meal without soft poop.
But the bloat thing is paramount for me.
For now just the backs. (I know what you mean about variations in the way they are cut, with more meat sometimes.)
I would like to see perfect logs on the backs before adding anything else. It should not take more than a couple of days.

How is it going?
Are you switching to two meals? Did you revert to backs only?

Ok so today no mucus on the stool!!!! still a bit soft and yelloish color but its pellet shaped so i think she needs a bit more meat. Yes shes on only backs! Sookie is eating both her´s and havanna´s organs and still good!!
I did not switch to one meal, i cant give them on the morning because in a week im going back to the uni.... Need to leave the house at 6:00 AM, my school is pretty far away from home.
I did reduce the skin, i peel one of the two backs and the other one, with less skin is given, so only a bit of skin is given.
Shes OK right now but im expecting her to lose some weight in the process.

Today in the morning one stool with mucus, the one from a while back was tiny but zero mucus and with a more normal color like brown-yellow mix.
Should I wait one or two days more and start giving both backs with the skin or can I add it now?
Sookie still good. But her stools are like pellet more than normal shaped (logs??)

Does "tiny" mean those poops were also pellets?
Pellet poops need more muscle meat (that is, you are right that it's time to add boneless meat).
I would add some muscle meat for both, but add in the fat/skin just to the one with no poop issues, to get normal log poops from her before adding that fat. JMO
I'm not at home right now but didn't want this to drop off the "recent" page. Also didn't want pellet poops to turn into constipation.
The added muscle meat should fix Sukie's pellets, but if not, please post again after the next poop ... because it's much easier to fix pellet-poop before it actually becomes constipation, with something like a couple of teaspoons of olive oil on the food.

"Shes OK right now but im expecting her to lose some weight in the process."
A little weight loss from gradual ingredients is way better than weight loss from diarrhea.
Is there any way that the dogs' meals can be broken into two? Even maybe one in the late afternoon and then a small one at bedtime?
