Bob,I made your test !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The happiest was my husband! but not because of being thrilled to see me, just because of having regained his liberty. And guess, did I get love for this? Noooo, just anger and reproaches, because I had done this to him. But I must add: he's not crate-trained.

Kelly I often think about your situation. But soon this will be behind you and you'll be playing with your dogs again and with Paul too. All of them will be happy, they just will show it in their spedific way. Gladly you don't need to make such gruesome love tests, how Bob suggests. Grrr! Shame on you, Bob!

4 weeks ago today and I am officially crutch free I have a bit of a limp - but my physical therapist says it will take some time to loosen and strengthen the muscles up.
The left hip is quickly becoming the "bad" hip and limits what I can do therapy wise - since we can't stress it too bad yet until the surgical hip is more healed.
Don't stress it, take your time. My husband - about two months ago - fell from a ladder - more precisely: he didn't put the ladder how he should have and then fell with it and broke an ankle.
It enerved him a lot to limp with that plaster in that heat here. Later on he had a thing (don't know the word) with which you can substitute the plaster, More practical when you want to take it off, e.g. for a shower. But he sweated much more and so he became more careless. No good at all. Meanwhile he has recovered, Though I think I should keep him on a harness. On the other hand I know, harnesses motivate to pull forward. So be patient, Kelly, I know it's difficult, but take care. In the long run it's quicker. Wish you a lot of patience and great luck.

You have no idea how happy I am.... it's the simple things....
Kel
I totally get how happy you are! I had a shoulder replaced a few months ago and my biggest obstacles (and successes) have centered around bra-fastening!
