She charged him because he was getting too close and he wouldn't turn in the other direction so she corrected him with a hard swat to which he barked at. At that point she felt she needed to charge him and reprimand him verbally.
The sheep did not try to intimidate my dog when he was actually in the ring. This happened when we first approached the area and they were seperated by a fence.
He bit one sheep on the butt, but it was just a nip. She was mainly correcting him for not turning back the other way and not working wide enough. By the middle of the first session he was working wide.
I am really confused now!!!!!!!!!!! I don;t know if she was good or bad!
