Not really a topic derail, but....
Anyone doing this sort of craziness just a WEE bit farther northwest (like Washington/Oregon?) After drooling over the photos I would love to see a trial but I have the sinking feeling I am geographically out of luck.
...incidentally, is it me or is the head on the AB in the pix just plain massive? I have not yet witnessed one who takes a true full mouth bite, but it seems to me that that dog could do some damage just by virtue of being able to swallow a decoy's arm whole, if he had the notion.
I thought maybe they were torturing you, with 400 yard flees or some devilish type stuff. Then when you can't move......BAM! here comes the train. I wouldn't always put it past dog people ( Yes I was giving you crap)
Before or after it ran off the field? Oh, I'm just horrible, horrible, absolutely unexceptable Chris. I will thrash myself later. http://users.adelphia.net/~jarhed/images/lmao.gif
Thanks Will. I can't believe this is the same organization I used to train with over 10 years ago. Ted Hoppe even imported a dog for me from Hungary. Glad to see it grew.
The boxer ran off the field, I assume by your tone it wasn't a victorious run? Do you remember the name of the dog by chance?
Let me go back and replay my tape, and see what name the handler was yelling as the dog was fleeing during his recall attempts!, Oh, no thats it I'm putting myself on keyboard suspension for that one mister!! http://users.adelphia.net/~jarhed/images/lmao.gif
