I can't imagine how it must have felt to lose him and how it must feel now that there's a chance of getting him back. I hope this story ends with a reunion.
The news was not 100% good, the person said the dog was very aggressive and looked like he wanted to rip everybody apart that came close to the car and was thinner than the dog in my pics but that the tail had a kink in the tip and the markings on the head were the same.
Jenn, I don't know for sure, of course, but I would bet that were Caleb stolen from me in that way and prevented from returning, he would not exactly be acting like Mr.Sunshine (as if he acts that way now, lol). I would expect this behavior from his ordeal. He knows where he belongs, and he knows he was taken against his (and your) will. Of course he's seriously pissed. If it is him (and I've been praying all morning it is) I would also bet that he would revert rather quickly to the old Cajun in a short while after being HOME. Oh, God, Jenn...I SO HOPE IT IS HIM. Can't get you guys out of my head.
Wow thank you guys so much for all the support. I have not heard back yet from the officer in charge of my case but I am trying to hunt down some family friends that are cops - I know that I cannot go to the location without or before an officer. Its killing me not knowing.
Is the officer there??? Have you called him again??? He's not just started a weeks vacation has he? Are you being an absolute pest so that they will do something to get you off their back??? SOMEBODY in the police force can do SOMETHING!!! Hopefully they will do it right the first time and get Cajun back.
Do they need a search warrant or something before they can seize the dog?
I'm way too excited about this....I need to calm down.
