It makes me think of the case where a woman hit and killed her child while driving a Audi about 10 years ago. Remember that? She took Audi to the cleaners and almost made the company go bankrupt in North America. It was sad that she killed her own kid, but after it was all said and done she was the one proven negligent it all came back to her. Just like this landscaper he only had himself to blame. We know it, the Judge knows it, I bet the landscaper knows it too. The whole thing just reeks of some lawyer jerking the system's chain at this family's expense.

Sounds to me that both This Johnson and the Landscaper are two right Dumb People, Both need there Arse's kicked,
What is a concern to me in all this is what was the Man of the House Doing, He did nothing after his wife was Knocked Down, To me he is a bit of a soft touch himself,
No Man would see that happen to his wife even if it meant going to Prison after he had dealt with the Landscaper
However lets hope Congo will be released, as he should be
Mr Patrick, I agree on that. IF I was married and IF I saw my wife get dragged down like that I'd be pretty upset. attacking my dog AND draggin my wife down?! heh...but Im still waiting to hear how Congo is doing...
Clarify by spelling every little thing out. Some people can be extreme when drawing their own conclusions.
No Carol, no update yesterday or today. And believe me, I'm looking for one. We have a news channel in New Jersey (12) that's all news on New Jersey only and runs pretty much all day and night. I will definitely post the minute I hear anything. As a matter of fact, I volunteer at a local animal shelter and I thought about calling them to see if they have heard anything. Oh heck, I'll just call right now and post again if they have heard.
Everything in bold letters below was something I found on a random website while searching for an update on Congo. So, not knowing the validity of it, I called the Governor's office before posting it here. The governor is, in fact, on tonight and apparently does these type of call-in shows periodically. It's not a Q & A for Congo but anyone who calls in will get their questions answered so the more Congo calls/emails he gets, the better!!! And BTW, as of 2 minutes ago, they are still getting flooded with requests to save the dog. It doesn't list the phone number of channel 13 but it does list the email address to write in your request.
