I guess I don't understand what you are trying to teach your dog.
Are you teaching the dog that come means to come only when I say NO later?? Or are you teaching your dog to come on the come command?
You can teach NO with the e-collar and you can teach COME with the e-collar. I wouldn't mix these commands up. If you are using the e-collar, then the sequence of commands in teaching your dog not to blow you off would be: COME (nick with collar) COME. If the dog blows you off, I would go up a level and do the same. If you are still being blown off, then it would be: COME and then the continuous button until I saw the dog look my way. Then I would give the dog time to comply and start heading my direction.
I read all the pages of this discussion but I am still not clear on exactly what you are trying to accomplish.
When you are teaching or correcting with the e-collar the commands and instuctions need to be simple. It's really very black and white. For example: You are teaching the COME command... You say COME and the dog blows you off so you decide to say NO and correct and the dog comes back to you. So you reward for the dog coming back to you. Basically, you have taught the dog that NO is the COME command.
I hope I am making sense and that this helped in some way.
