I use a small-fish type too, because I take the same one my dogs take and I don't care for the ones that aren't de-smelled. The one I can get easily is a small-fish oil.
I use a gram per ten pounds of dog weight of the small-fish oils, too.

I'm with Michael Wise: Cod liver oil is something I skip because of the concentration of oil-soluble A and D in it and how high those dosages could be if a therapeutic dose of the oil (for Omega 3s) were given.

Interesting though, I thought the cod liver oil issue had more to do with possible purity or toxins... but now I see it's obviously also a super dose of LIVER vitamins! Which isn't great day in day out... DUH, Natalya!!

Boy, this raw feeding sure is complex. I swear, I'm way more concerned about Cleo's diet than I am for my own. LOL. Plus, she's eating way better than I am!
I've bought more meat in the past 2 weeks than I have in my entire adult life....I don't eat the stuff (although I do eat fish).
Another question: how much veggie is appropriate for both Cleo (13 weeks) and Alex (11 + yr old Rottie). I've seen conflicting recommendations on this.
I made a "glop" of romaine lettuce, american and italian parsley, carrots, etc. along with some wheat grass powder, kelp powder, alfalfa powder and vitamin C. I put it into ice cube trays and have been feeding 1 cube every other day to Cleo and 2 to Alex.
Do you have any rawfeeding books? This one is my favorite. Work Wonders
As far as the veggies, that is really up to you. The amount they get now sounds like enough to me. I don't even feed them anymore. I take that back, my older dog gets The Honest Kitchen because of the convenience of hiding meds in it. All that processing made it more complicated for me. Trying to figure what veggies, how much, and how often was the most work and worry I put into my dogs diet.
Someone else will have to comment on the powders and vitamin C.
From the sounds of it here, you really are on the down hill slope of figuring this out.
Most of the up hill troubles are getting the courage to go against what you've always known/thought and start feeding raw and starting in a manner that doesn't cause digestive upset. Both of which you've already done.
There are two one-week sample menus there (scroll down for the second). IMO, if you are feeding something similar to either one, or the LB puppy menu if you have a puppy, then you are doing a good job.
The LB sample diets rely on poultry for most of the RMBs, but also add protein variety in the form of the extra muscle meat, mackerel and sardines, etc.
Plain no-sweetener live-culture yogurt is another good source of protein variety.
Variety is the best way to cover nutritional bases -- even the ones we may not be aware of.
