Well it is in the new non-dog section (and heck, it's still about dogs, though not about training).
I would guess we've as a group been posting a lot of stuff in the non-dog section and not so much in the training sections....I almost feel bad for not having any training issues I need help with right now!

This board went for many many years with a really strict non-Fluffy policy.
Personally, I prefer that because there are sooooo many Fluffy boards and not many "real" boards at all, where training and feeding and other dog questions are answered by folks with experience and knowledge. LB is unique, actually, because it welcomes serious pet folks AND working dog folks.
The problem is that having a lot of Fluffy threads makes those experienced and knowledgeable folks wander away.
"That being said" (yes, I stole that), I guess that here in the new non-dog part is the place to keep the cute-pet stuff.
Not to belabour Connie's point, but I do enjoy this forum because of the seriousness of it.
Don't get me wrong, I am the one to get off track and start my 'fluffy' stuff more than anyone else on here.
But, I do like that the mods will call attention to that.
I, also, like the non-dog stuff, because we can take our conversation to there, but I don't want anything to hamper the opinions of those wonderful and experienced working and pet owner/handlers.
I am really enjoying this thread! Connie has given us the maternal evil eye, but .. I see no lock icon, we must be within the rules... so I hope a few more funny quirks stories will be added...!
LOL.. I meant more in the gatekeeper sense. For the record!!!! Patrolling the boards in her mod duties, keeping us silly people from having TOO much fun.
