I almost never have to replace that paper filter. We haf ways to avoid throwaways .....

I loved the swiffer vacuum while it lasted but both of them stopped charging after a couple of months. I am trying to decide If i want to just get a small shop vac so I can suck up everything without worry, but a small stick type upright would also be nice and easier to store in our small house.

Love to reuse! talking about crochet hooks, not vacs...altho I have a small shop vac that works great! So I took a utility knife and cut a hole in the side (back where your hand does not go) to pull the hair out. IT WORKED!!! It is about 1/2" X 3/4" and what I couldn't just tap out, came out easily with a finger and the same tweezers. I do have to say though, I have one long hair cat and two Rotts, and bought my first one almost four months ago. I only this week bought a second. It took quite a while to fill the whole thing up. (I cut a hole in the full one for you since I was gonna toss it later this week anyway. Now I don't have to... ) Jessica
