Yes it's a pain and I hope to phase it out after they all get used to it. But Gabby is quick and not above snatching someone elses food. I don't mind policing as they used to just leave the kibble and nibble all day. This is much better. I know who's eating what and how much. I think I would like to feed them at night but am not sure about the time they will need to go out yet. I don't crate them at night only when I'm leaving the house and the big dog stays free. I must say I will be glad when they stop farting...please tell me they stop farting

This is critical, not to let this happen to the other dogs. It won't always result in food aggression, but it sure is one of the major triggers. You truly don't want any of your dogs to have anxiety over their food ... and this is high-value food.
It's pretty simple to keep it from happening. They will be hoovering up this food in seconds pretty soon -- I would bet money.
Stargate poop log for Friday July 30: 7:30 am Gabby squirted out at first and then had a loose stool with little bone pieces passed gas that sounded like a man. Chief had a half kibble half loose, still no word from Bolt. He used to walk by and eat from the bowl constantly so I imagine he has the most kibble back up ,if you will. UGH I woke up last night and my room was filled with a green fog. Luckily I didn't need to light a match to see or Kaboom. I'm used to gassy dogs as the two smaller ones always farted. Chief is now the worst. Just want to make sure this is all normal. I have to leave for about 8 hours today so I am postponing feeding until I return.
digestive enzymes...believe me it helps to add a little digestive enzyme powder to their food each meal for the first week at least. then every other meal, then as needed. It is needed by them from the sound of it. Pet Stores or health stores will carry it.

Have you stopped kibble? You have, right?
This sounds like overfeeding on top of kibble back-up.
Loose is not just something to expect with new-to-raw.
No kibble. I just returned from Indy and called the son while driving to ask if Bolt pooped yet. "I let him out." Was what I got. After a brief check of the yard it seems as if Chief has had one more loose one and Bolt is still passing logs. I Bumped Gabby down to 45 for her ideal weight which puts her at 14.4 ounces. She only got 13 yesterday. Good news-No one leaked in the house or crates and there was a 6 hour absence. Also no one pooped after I got home and let them out. I wasn't able to get the enzymes today, but am going to go ahead and feed them. By loose I mean soft and mucusy. Of course Gabby squirted at first but then had a soft mucus log. (I hope nobody's in the middle of eating while reading this LOL) she probably had a lot of paper back up. She's only had 1 BM so maybe it will get better. I will get enzymes tomorrow.
I've never let her snatch but the others lip curl at her. I do have another crate I can feed her in it. It's in my closet (it's a walkin ) and set up. I'll just have to take the blanket out. I get it then the food aggression isn't fostered by her being in the room.
OK Bolt just laid down by the bowl. He's been lying in the crate like that for 15 minutes. He hasn't eaten since 10 am yesterday. Wait I just looked over and he's licking the chicken and pushing the bowl with his nose. This is funny. Houston we have an eater! Yippeee. Everybody is eating no hovering was done by human. OH BTW my best friend already told me I'm crazy for feeding them raw. Bolt only ate 1 of the 2 chicken backs. I guess I'll put it away. Should I offer it to him tomorrow or later tonight.
