Ok, I had Junior for 2 weeks now and he is doing very well with his chicken, ground beef (78% lean), salmon oil and E, my next question is can I start adding plain yogurt with live bacteria in his meal? How do I measure the amount I should give him, and should I give him every single meal or just once a day? Last week I took him to vet and he weight 14kg and I don't know he current weight. Anyway, I cut down his portion from 13oz per meal 3 (times a day) to 10oz per meal from this afternoon, I used to feed him his body weight 7% and now 6% due to I start to lossing track his ribs cage and I hope I doing right thing for him.

Yes, you can add live-culture unsweetened plain yogurt, maybe replacing 10% of the meat with it once or twice a day.
Do you mean that his ribs were starting to be hard to feel? If that's what you meant, then I think you are doing the right thing by slightly reducing the amount of food the way you are.
If you can get a photo looking down on his body from above and one from the side of his body (both with him standing) and link us to the photos in a Photobucket-type account, I betcha you will get some expert opinions on whether he is a tad plump.
I would be starting his organ meat now. I know he is getting the kidneys that are attached to the backs he gets, but now you can start something like liver, if that's what's available, in a very small introductory amount. In fact, all he needs to work up to is about 5 to 10% of his diet as organ meats.
As soon as you see good poops from the organ meat, you might start a little bit of produce. Let us know if you need suggestions for digestible produce.

What kind of liver I should buy, chicken, beef or pork or any kind I can find? What about kidney?
Replacing 10% of the meat with once or twice a day yogurt is that meant take away 2oz meat and replacing 2oz yogurt?
I will try my best to take some picture while he is standing.

Any kind of liver will do.
Just stay with the recurring theme of starting with very small amounts of anything new and slowly working up the amount.

I don't really understand, can you explain to me please!
By the way, I took some more pictures here showing Junior from top view and side view, please let me know should I decrease his meal or maintain what am feeding him. http://www.flickr.com/photos/50795588@N07/

Walter,
About the yogurt. Yes, I believe that Connie meant that you should remove some of the meat if you are using yogurt every day, as it is calories and needs to be considered. She just wants to make sure that you don't over-feed creating too heavy a pup.
But having said that, I just looked at your new photos, and this is just my opinion, but since he is a younger pup, you could feed one or so ounces and not have to take away any meat right now.
He looks great, and has a nice looking body shape. Remember that as he gets older he will be a bit gangly as he grows into his more adult body.
You want to always watch his physique and keep that tuck by his ribs, and be able to feel the ribs ever so slightly.
It is all usually a visual thing for most of us, unless we have access to a scale for weighing the dog regularly .
You can try feeding the yogurt and not taking away 2 or so ounces of meat.
As an example, I am able to feed both mine an ounce or two of yogurt or kefir and I still give around the same amount of meat with no weight gain.
Try it and see how he does, and if you feel that he seems to be gaining a tad too much, you can start to take away one or two ounces of his muscle meat.
Like I said, he is a growing puppy, and my guess is that it won't be anything to worry about in regards to weight.
This is all my own opinion, so maybe others here will say differently, but for me this is what I do and have not had any problems with it.

I agree with Joyce.
That looks like a healthy pup, and I wouldn't reduce meals at all.
