Yes, Lauren...that was exactly what we were suspected. I think the only reason they took the puppy back and SAYING THEY WILL reselling it for us was all plan out. They now wants to keep the dog if no one pick up the puppy within 72 hours.
But my friend lost interest of owning falconer's line.
We contacted a contract lawyer who said in this case the FALCONERs breach their own contract/agreement on reselling the pup and refund us in full, and this may take up to 4 months. there is no exp. date on the contract we signed with them.
We will not sitting here just to let them demanding us around any more. We have tried to negotiate many options with them.
1) we'd like a $800 refund, pay Bryan $350 for his 2 hours servicing us and they keep the pup.
2) sell the puppy for 1150 and refund us 800 they made 1150 from us and addition of $350 from new buyer.
3) sell the puppy for 800 and refund us 500 there for they make 1150 from us and 300 in addition from new buyer.(

I have to wonder from what the OP posts if this breeder/trainer does this on purpose.
One of the puppy books I read last year had an example in it of a breeder who intentionally sold puppies with lots of drive and questionable temperament to pet homes. Then they would take the dogs back as young adults when they were too much to handle, train them and resell them as "guard" dogs.
I would take them to court. First it sounds like you have done everything you can to try and help the situation. Plus you returned the pup immediately. Even if you made a mistake by getting a pup, since you took action to reurn the pup right away you should at least get some of your money back.
Its not your fault. Even if you made a mistake by getting a puppy, its the breeders job to properly screen puppy homes. My breeder interviewed me for over an hour asking me every question imaginable before she even considered matching me with a pup. Thats what a good breeder does.
The clarification I asked for may serve some purpose Greg.
A dog that rams it's head into things repeatedly for fun(?) points to neurological (is that the right term?) problems.
I assume you have a health guarantee?
HI Randy, Thank you for sharing your advise with me.
I am not sure why she rams her head towards to walls.
she shows no sign when she does it,she was just stood there and rams her head to fence and wall.
We babysit for neighbors 3 month old Lab puppy, who is very playful. The lab pup was here for 2 weeks and was very active.
we didn't think he was a trouble at all.
I have never seem any puppy or dogs having this type of behavior.
After we paid and the breeder said he mistaken the health record with another litter. This puppy's health record is with the co-owner. he will mail it to us and we trust him.
and yes the contract has health/hip guarantee for 1 year.

Let me describe how the puppy ram her head on to walls and fences
more detaily,
She runs with full strength and aim on the fence in front of her
and bump the wall with upper part of the head, and she screams out lout after been bounced back from the wall or fence, then back off with screaming and get ready right away to run with full strength and screaming to bump the wall again.
When I pull her back, she would try to escape from me and run with full strength towards to the wall while screaming and crying.
For the screaming and crying part,I do not know why can't she stop it while eating, drinking, sitting and laying.

Greg, the way you are describing it (can't stop crying while eating/sleeping???), I'd be rushing the pup to e-vet. It sounds very much like she is in constant pain, like those King Charles spaniels with skull too small for the brain. I hope very much that it's just the way you put it and not the actual health issue.
