In the top bar there is a pulldown called active topics. It'll let you know what was posted last. I usually read most of the new topics there.
Most of us just post a link to the picture/video/wanket. There are rules covering posting photos.
There is a little heading at the top of the page that says "active topics." Click on that and you get the last 24 hours, last 48 hours, or last 7 days worth of posts.
Pictures or video are generally posted using links to either something like photobucket or facebook accounts.
Venting is fine as long as it doesn't get personal or nasty.
For pix I put mine in photobucket.com and the paste that link to the post. If you have something on youtube, copy the link and paste to the post. There is a section under FAQ that helps explain this better.
New posts are displayed in the order of the time posted with the most recent at the top if you click on active topics, you can do a search for previous post or look under the forum list (at the top).
Does that help?
(oh geez we were all posting about the same time, multiple times!!)
