Scottish Deerhound/Akbash/husky mix
GSD
Alaskan husky distance lines (Swingley/Mackey)
Alaskan husky sprint lines (Ellis)
Also on my list:
Karelian bear dog, McNab, dutch shepherd and husky mix
and I love the gait, speed, and incredible coloring of the African wild dog- were they to be domesticated at some point. Not into trying to keep a wild animal as a pet though.

Oh, man, I saw a husky running the other day. That guy almost looked like he wasn't touching the ground. Talk about effeciency of motion!!
OK, I'll play:
Deutsch Drahthaar (German Wirehaired Pointer)
Epagnuel Breton (French Brittany)
GSD
Dutch Shepherd
A dog has alot of friends because he wags his tail instead of his mouth.

Wow, I could not have 4 dogs at once. Had 3 for a while, but I prefer to have just 1 at a time. buuut... in fantasy land:
GSD
Bloodhound
Wolfhound or Deerhound
Great Dane
Yeah, I like big dogs. But, one of my favorite dogs I ever had was a JRT/Beagle rescue. He was so sweet, but so well... JRT/Beagle!
In reality I don't know that I would ever actually have one - but one of the most beautiful dogs I ever saw was a Longhaired Weimaraner.
Over all though - GSD 4 LIFE!

There are so many breeds I love but would never own for one reason or another.
Four I love and would also own if I could would be:
1. Toy Fox Terrier
2. Collie (rough or smooth)
3. GSD (but definitely NOT show lines)
4. Australian Terrier

As a child I studied the AKC book by the hour, dreaming of future dogs. I wanted a Newfie and an Irish Wolfhound. Once I grew up and realized what short lives they have I put the brakes on.
The only breeds on my list now are an English Shepherd or a GSD, but in reality I'll probably always just have a shelter pup.

Ooooh, I wanna play!
When the children have no further use for me, I'd like to have more as my job and lifestyle will realistically allow. Four? I hope so someday.
1. Staffordshire Bull Terrier
2. Boxer
3. French Bulldog (Liked fostering for the rescue and would love to adopt but would definately not buy from a breeder)
4. Ollie, of course.
(boxer mix rescue)
You guys think a single lady can handle all that? LOL. Oh what I wouldn't give for a handsome fella to come along that loves kids and dogs......*sigh*
