You can't get the Leerburg bully sticks and antlers? They are far and away the best quality I have seen (I can tell just from the smell!).
And no, I am not on commission. LOL
Be careful of Nylabone. You want to be with him when he has it. I believe the Nylabone problems are with the "plaque ender" type, which is kind of flexible/gummy, designed to have the teeth sink in and become cleaned by the action of teeth sinking in and pulling back out.

I want to be stronger in my condemnation of nylabones.
Throw it away, they eat that junk.
Yeah, plastic will help his digestive system a lot.
Throw that crap into the trash and......
Give him a bone.
eta,
a RAW meaty bone.

I am not happy about chewies of plastic either.
Nice overview of recreational bones for puppies (with puppy teeth):

Of course, a sudden addition of marrow can trigger explosive diarrhea. But it can be scooped out and frozen to give a tiny bit at a time if you want.

Thanks for the warnings. The one I got him is unflavoured, hard plastic, and he doesn't have access to really almost any toys when I'm not watching him, the only one I put in his crate was his bully stick.
I stopped giving my dogs nylabones a long time ago, because as adult dogs, they were chewing off the plastic. However, in this situation, I though it might be best to get him something non-food, because I'm trying to eliminate everything that might make his stomach upset. But, he needs something hard to chew. I do really appreciate the concern! He's in an x-pen about 4 feet away from me, and won't have it unsupervised.
His evening poop was pretty small, and soft, but still formed. Overall, I would say a better situation. If things don't continue to improve over the next few days, I guess I will have to go bland (rice and cooked chicken), and decide where to go from there.
I don't want anyone to think that I haven't seriously considered a raw diet, because I have. Having said that, the raw diet I would be able to feed him would not be varied at all, and would certainly not be free range, or organic. I also (as I think I mentioned before), have concerns about him getting all the nutrients needed as a growing pup, and not being able to get all supplies necessary, where I live. It's certainly something that I am looking into, and several people in the town I live in are trying to get a standing bulk order together.
As for the bully sticks, the store I normally get them from is getting in an order of Canadian bully sticks and antler chews shortly!

I wanted to add, but I was too slow!
My last dog used to get frozen raw elk or buffalo recreational bones, they come in a bag of about 3 or 4, but would be WAY too big, and impossible to get the marrow out of (and not always available). Do you think just those small frozen sliced soup bones in packs of 3 they sell would be ok? I'd have to thaw them to scrape the marrow out, but they wouldn't add upset to his stomach?

I agree with Randy...toss the nylabone out. One of my pups at 4 months old chewed off the whole end of an agressive chewer big nylabone & if I hadn't been right there...would have swallowed it. They don't disolve in their gut & he would have had an obstruction for sure. They are not safe at all.
I would give the shin soup bones & let him knaw on that. And yes, the marrow can make them 'loose' so scoop that out for now. I also would not allow the bone to dry out too much, as that is when they can chew off pieces. I do not recomend recreational bones to older dogs, as they can fracture a tooth on them. But they are wonderful for pups.
With pups, I will often give a big fat carrot that I freeze. Also, a heavy washcloth or some tight weaved towel & wet it roll it up & freeze it & then give it to them. Both are great for teething pups. Just have to keep an eye on them. ALso a black kong & or one stuffed with poeanut butter, cream cheese & frozen. This will be good for when you get him settle on the food & can toss in the crate for him when you have to go to work. I still give them to my adult dogs stuffed & frozen.
Do you have any raw prepackaged foods in your area? Like Bravo or one of the other brand names, there are a number of them inthe states. If so, that might be an thought for feeding the pup raw. It is balanced & you could eventually change to making your own as he gets a bit older, where you have a bit more leway on absolutely perfect balance in each meal that you have with young fast growing young pups.

Also, dehydrated food with RMBs added (exactly as the package directs for a growing puppy; only with an adult is there a little fiddle room as to the amount of balanced dehydrated versus the fresh additions) -- that's a great "bridge" to raw, or even a long-term diet.
Dehydrated is less spendy than it looks at first glance because of the RMBs that you add; that is, the whole diet isn't just the dehydrated.

"There are definitely some training items I will buy from here, but as far as something continuous and heavy like food goes, I'm not sure."
THK may be available there for shipping from within Canada.
Remember that dehydrated food is NOT heavy. Not until you rehydrate it!
So if you can get it without customs or whatever the additional costs are from another country, it may be completely doable.
I order mine from LB. I'm just saying that within the same country, the shipping cost on dehydrated food is reasonable. Nothing even close to the weight of canned, kibble, or frozen.
