well he just vomited again but smeeled like poop was all yellow with chunks in it . will the vet be able to tell whats wrong with him if he is put out ,because last time i took him they gave mr 4 pills to give him before i brough him their than they gave him a shot when he gets their ,and that was just to look at a cut on his ear

He doesn't need to have both diarrhea and vomiting to have a gastric problem, nor does it need to be present all the time. Conan never had any vomiting until this last time around. And he's never had both at the same time.
I'm particularly thinking IBS because it's often stress-related in dogs.
eta. They can probably treat him if he's sedated. They will most likely do labs and a stool sample to rule out any sort of parasites.

Call in advance and ask if the vet would like Valium administered as you leave the house. Ask what kind of samples you should bring along. If you are told to bring any, keep them in screw-top containers away from light and heat (urine refrigerated) and have them as fresh as possible.
Vomitus probably doesn't need to be super fresh to look for blood, but ask.
They may not want any samples yet at all, but it's always easier to ask first.
And it's certainly easier to administer Valium at home after picking it up alone at the vet's or the pharmacy than it is to fight with it there.
All worth asking.
