I'm on day three now. Not by the book paleo, since I'm still having coffee and milk. However, I have to say that I'm feeling a lot better already.
Its kind of amazing, but some long term skin problems I have had are clearing up! Definitely have a little more energy in the morning, too.
Other than a little belly ache yesterday from eating brussel sprouts for breakfast, its been really easy so far.
My past low carb attempts haven't worked out for me because of avoiding fruit, it always led to headaches and serious mood problems to not have any carbs at all, but I have to say that so far this is pretty liveable.
I have always failed at totally no or low carb diets as well, because of the headaches and cravings, but as long as I still eat some fruit maybe I woulnd't have as many problems.
I'm interested to know what it is doing for your skin though??
Maybe the skin thing was some food sensitivity. I have had a really bad patch of eczema on my foot forever and its going away. So weird because the only thing that ever even managed it before was prescription steroid creams.
