The mayor problem is not now, but when im at school, my brother is to lazy to wake up early (10 am is early for him), one of my sisters pukes on the sight of the raw food and the other one is at school in the mornings, so morning are way to difficult.
Isnt it bad to give food just before nightime? If not i could give them the 5 pm and then one at 9 or 10 pm.
Should i put some chicken breast or so, or can i put another type of muscle meat in there? like heart and lungs?(beef)

Even 75% of the food at suppertime and 25% before bed is better than one meal a day for a GSD, IMO. No, it's not bad to give a small meal in the evening; many do it anyway to avoid bile vomiting in the early a.m. hours.
"i could give them the 5 pm and then one at 9 or 10 pm." Fine.
JMO.
I would start with chicken meat, and when you do beef heart, go slow. It's rich, so introduce it gradually.

Today we started with 2 meals a day, one at 3 pm (i talked to my sis so the days i come late from school she can give it to them) and the other one at 7 pm.
Tomorrow we are staring with some heart and lungs from beef, just a tiny piece per head because the chicken meat got way to expensive right now. Im going to give them the meat and 1 chicken back on the big meal at 3 pm, and 2 chicken backs + the necks or foots(depending what i can get) on the small meal at 7 pm .
I´m giving havanna a bit less meat because her poop is brown, and normal size but with a bit of mucus(i guess its the leftover from the gut) ,no more yellow or puddin poop! yay
I will inform how they took the meat.
Just a question; both have their hair falling really bad and havannas hair is a bit thick, it is normal while i make the full transition? Should i add a bit of olive oil or something like that or should i wait?

"both have their hair falling really bad and havannas hair is a bit thick"
Do you mean shedding?
Or do you mean losing hair and getting hairless spots?

None now, should i put some?
Just to let everyone know! havannas poop is brown with ZERO! mucus at all!!! from yesterday. They started with 50 gr aprox of lungs because the dumb at our butcher didnt put the heart. I will see how they went and give more each day.
After a week of giving the backs + lungs and good stools can i try the fresh fish? or should i wait a bit more?

CONGRATULATIONS!
You want several days of perfect poops before any change, for that dog. And no heart yet might have been good because it's a rich addition.
In other words, the one with the bad-poop history should get only one new ingredient at a time, and then a few days' worth of perfect poops before the next ingredient is added.
Yes, I do think that fish oil and natural Vitamin E are important .... even more with a dog with skin issues and both dogs with dry coats.
