Vet time for sure. The pimples make me think staph but either way it needs to be definitively identified. None of the stuff it could be will resolve without help at this point.
She has a eco plastic bowl its supposed to be all natural.
The rope toy is supposedly an all natural one
"All natural" has absolutely nothing to do with this. What matters is the porosity of materials and if it tends to hold onto bacteria. Bowls made of anything other than well polished stainless steel are notorious for doing that.

Does she rub her face on the crate? Rub the side of her muzzle trying to push open the door?
I'm all for going in to the vet, but it really looks like some mechanical/irritation/sensitivity response to me. Skin diseases like mange, ringworm etc. don't make nice symmetrical spots like that.
A clue for a "disease" can be spread to another body part. Is there any change in the amt. of hair on say, the top of her wrist, where she might rest her muzzle? Or the underside of her tail, where her tail may curl over her nose when she's sleeping?

no theres no other spots anywhere, just her face. I am not there when shes in her crate, if we are home and shes in it coz the bunnies out she is calm but I know that's not the case when we are not home so I would say its very likely she is rubbing her face in the crate. Plus theres always tons of salvia allover when we get home, to the point of her blankets being wet, oh and if we forget to pull our blankets up she will pull them through the holes in the crate and chew them. Crates at end of our bed.
I don't have a lot of money which is why I try to avoid vet when I can even though we have a good vet who doesn't try to rip us off. We have pet insurance for big things coz we learned that from our last dog, reason why I am still in debt lol. Damn doggies. I will probably go in today just in case coz ive had to treat dogs with severe mange and ringworm and bathing seems to be involved. And this dog is not bathable so I need it to not get worse!! It actually looks better as in not irritated today.

well vet says its most likely from rubbing and may be mange but that it should go away on its own. He only charged me for a recheck so that was nice. Good to know. Bad havoc growled at the vet though.

"havoc has been in her crate, she has pooped allover it, besides the point"
"if we are home and shes in it coz the bunnies out she is calm but I know that's not the case when we are not home so I would say its very likely she is rubbing her face in the crate. Plus theres always tons of salvia allover when we get home, to the point of her blankets being wet, "
Sounds like she's got some pretty good separation anxiety going

oh yes this has been discussed on other threads. Shes actually getting a bit better. Shes better if we lock the other dog in the room with her, otherwise she barks non stop. Its really an awful thing to deal with, my other three were easy keepers
she hadn't pooped in ages and of course I thought that and shes pooped twice since, then she has poo paws and jumps allover me and runs around the house like a lunatic. Good times!

Management, Cat, Management (LOL)...
She's IN her CRATE when you get home, right? I would do this:
You lay out NEWSPAPERS directly In Front of her crate...
You have her SIT/STAY Inside the Crate...
You only open the Crate Door far enough to pop a SLIP-LEAD over her head...
Then you have her DOWN-STAY on the Newspapers while you CLEAN her PAWS off with Wet-Wipes or a WASHCLOTH

god you make it sound so easy. She will sit if I ask but the second I release her she's acting nutty, she will wait for me to say ok to come out of crate but shes so bottled up. I should videotape it, its actually beyond me on how to control her when shes like that. Shes not in her right mind, shes like shes a feral cat on crack just let out of a box. Its not even that she jumps coz that's gotten better, but she scratches my feet coz shes just frantic running allover and biting the other dog(playfully). I swear I could yell and beat her and it wouldn't faze her(obviously I wouldn't). Ive tried holding her down and she calms but the second I let go its back to square one. Ignoring makes it worse. Spray bottle seems to work the best so far. As well as making her sit and stay then come, just giving her a bunch of commands to focus on helps a bit too but sometimes I don't have all day. If it wasn't for this she'd be a perfect dog, like actually shes so good every other way.

I would enforce a down-stay or not open the crate until I see her calm but whatever you decide you want her to do I wouldn't let the frantic running around continue. Every time she does that she's reinforcing a connection between the crate and frantic energy. The crate should be a snooze button for her rather than a cue to get amped up.
Does she sleep in her crate? Does she spend time in her crate when you're home? Maybe give her some time with a chew/Kong while you're home until she takes the crate as a cue for chill time.
