NO,DUNHILL WENT OUT OF BUSSINESS,I PURCHASED MY PUP FROM THE OCT.98 BREEDING.THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THAT LITTER!I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THEY STOPPED BREEDING.RON PEKOHAUS IS RESIDING AT "WILDHAUS KENNELS",IN MICHIGAN.

That could be just innuendo, Howie--do you have more specific information?

I met the owners of Dunhill some years ago and they knew Ed Frawley well. I would be very surprised if they were the kind of folks who would scam the public. They were also in the breeding business for many, many years.

howie...i don't know if DUNHILL scamed anyone,i can tell you that from my experience with DOUG and BRENDA,it was positive from day one!they constantly kept me updated on the progress of the RON/BIANCA breeding,my male arrived on time...clean and ready to work.they sent video from the actual welping and their kennel set-up,which i considered to be clean and well organized...the pups from that litter were very well imprinted,i was so sure that i wouldn't get what i wanted,but when my pup got to the airport i had him biting the "rag" on the luggage belt!and he hasn't missed a beat since!my dog"ENZO V. DUNHILL is currently "BH/WH"and in training for SCH-A.,hopefully,if my training skills are up to par with his trainabilty we should be able to pass...we'll see!no one wants to get "taken"on a puppy purchase,i'll assume that most breeders want to put out the best pups possible,but even the best pup in the wrong hands could turn out to be undesireable.

Howie is correct in my opinion. I had a deposit on a Ron/Mariah pup, the litter was stillborn. They ask'ed if i would like to wait on another breeding and i declined, asking for the return of my deposit less 50% which was the policy. They agreed to do this several times, contacted them several times but never recieved anything. Now they seem to have disappeared. I thought these were reputable people but i was wrong.
