You don't have to go to the trouble of coming up with an official 'website' but the photos DO need to be somewhere on and internet site. NOT just from your computer to leerburg. These bulletin boards really only get the 'link' posted to it and then grabs from there when we look at the page.
photobucket.com is FREE and fairly easy to use.

Bob, they have to be on the web somewhere...whether it's an actual site or a photo sharing thing on the web.
For those members that might be on AOL, you have free websites available to you. Type in Keyword: Easy Designer. When the page comes up, select "create new page", then just select the blank template, look for the add image "button" in the tool bar, then upload the photo. Once you've uploaded the photos you want, save the page and AOL will send you a link to that page. Save the page in your favorites so you don't forget it.
For all, once you have them on the web somewhere, go to the page where your pictures are and right click the picture, select view properties. It will have a listing for Adress (URL), this is what you copy this URL, come here and reply like you normally would, hit the "Image" button, then paste that URL into the blank that it will provide. Hit the "Add Reply" button and it will post the picture in the body of your reply if you've done everything right.
