The reason why they can't get a definitive answer on the Parvo testing, is because he had his second set of vaccinations a week ago. They told me that he will still have a false positive for upto 2 weeks after the vaccination.
Now that's a bummer, but makes perfect sense.
How's he doing? How's his energy level? How are you and your
family doing, and taking all this?
The vet just called me and said this morning he has a lot of energy and is very alert. He said he is going to try and feed him some solid food tonight, and if all goes well we will go from there.
That's great <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Maybe its time for clear sailing <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Good luck!
Talked to the vet today, and he said that my pup is full of energy, and drinking plenty of water and not vomiting, but he still won't eat, and still has diarreah.
Does anyone have any idea of what could be wrong with him at this point?

Have you gone through the list with the vet of all the suggestions here in this thread?
What do they say at the hospital? It sounds like he is recovering and just isn't quite there yet.

Yes, i've mentioned everything to him, and he still has not made a diagnosis.
What type (s) of food are they (or you) trying to feed him? I know this seems obvious, but sometimes a vet will just give the dogs dry old science diet and well, I wouldn't eat it either!
Can you make some calls to other vets in your area and surrounding areas, give them the symptoms and ask? I did that with vets here in the area. Some actually did take the time to call back and FOR FREE! THere are some genuine caring vets out there. Maybe some of the others will have an idea. ?
Just got back from seeing the pup. He seemd lively, but the vet said he threw-up earlier and had diarreah. He is still not eating, and he said he can;t think of anything else to do, but to just keep doing what he has been doing.
Can someone please think of something? I think the pup will die soon if he won't eat, and keeps vomiting.
