For those who use the AKC letter/s, be aware that those letters do not have the new amendment date of May 31st, so they should be modified to show that date when you mail or fax it.
I combined a bit from the AKC out-of-state letter and a bit from the capwiz.com letter talking points.

The California Assembly passed AB1634 with a vote of 41-38. News reports indicate that phone calls from Bob Barker (Price is Right) and the singer Lionel Richie were helpful in swaying the final votes. Time to move!
Instead of moving, vote those suckers out of there, don't vote for any incumbents anymore. Get a list of representatives who voted for this bill and throw them all out on their butts. Get them out of office before they completely have their socialistic agendas fulfilled at the expense of the public. This is tyranny disguised as democracy. VOTE THEM OUT!!! Give them repercussions for not listening to the people by voting them out. These idiots never have to suffer for the dumb laws they put people under - this time make them suffer, kick them out of there.
The opposition was very strong. It failed on the first vote so they pulled it back and twisted arms into the night and got the two Democrats from Long Beach to switch. There is a petition to the AKC being started to pull the Eukanuba shows from Long Beach now.
