I know I can't go and I promise I won't.. I would probably freak out. I have not been a pest yet, but I will call again.
They have to know it is him to seize him, I have to see him and say yes or no and if yes I have to provide proof. Which I have up the wazzoo! I have pics of him when he was 3 days old, 8 weeks up to 3 weeks before he was taken, pictures of me with him - I even have his baby teeth!! DNA test anybody!?

Jenn,
Everything that's possible to cross, I've got crossed in hope and anticipation of Cajun's safe return to you. I've been obsessively checking this thread for updates...I'm on pins and needles BIG time!
(I'll join the insanity club...I've got my dog's baby teeth, too.)
While we all wait, you can fill us in with the details on how you got the license plate number. Was it from someone that had seen one of your posters or maybe an ad you had placed in a paper?
A poster He was seen in a car where the person was trying to buy a car at a sleezy car lot downtown
Said he first noticed the dog because it was barking so much and the first thought was "Wow thats a mad dog" and he got a better look and said his name but the dog didn't react.. doesn't surprise me Cajun never did react to someone he didn't know, or well even most people he did know!
Gosh I can't wait I am going to go get all my pictures together and everything I will need.
From what it sounds like and it seems like you two must have quite a bond and I think if it is him and he sees you, that should be all the proof anyone would need is his reaction to you. I really don't think dogs forget the people they know even if it's been a while I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!!
!! OK the officer just came and got pics and info and stuff about dna testing as proof. He is going over to the address right now to see if it is Cajun or not.
