Wow you guys are great. Do you do this for a living?
So let me get this straight:
Do 1 thing a day like sit or stay or whatever with each dog and then with Harleys mom who is 4 start with something different, like basic obedience dvd or do I start with pack structure.

I'd read this http://leerburg.com/groundwork.htm * and use all the concepts there while working on basic obedience with each dog. I'd just make a commitment to "work a little bit, at least, with each dog every day," as Leih posted. ...
* It's really how to be as you interact with the dog(s). I'd study it.
"Sit, stay, etc." (plus) are the Basic Ob video. Pack Structure helps you to learn how to be, how to interact, as you train and just live with dogs.
Keep a training log (which I do for every dog I work with, my own or others), even if it's a simple little pocket-size notebook with a few pages for each dog. You'll be glad you did.
You can upload them to photobucket, then copy the link with img code and paste it in the signature box on your profile page. Make sure you resize the image down to about 160x200 or so. If you don't, it will blow up the page.
