I was very disappointed. They took her to one World dog who is kind of known as not being an aggressive breeder and when she said go away, he said, well ok..........
Made arrangements then to take her to Ufo who is was a little bit more dedicated to the act but it was too late. Think it would of been about one of his last breedings also.
Prog testing here showed that she is ready to breed much earlier then is the norm........
Imzedrift Buffy is a male that I liked. He was in Belgium a couple of years ago if I remember correctly.
That is disappointing. LOL about the "she said go away, he said, well ok..." If only humans were that receptive! Any chance of you getting frozen semen from any of your picks for her?
I'm annoyed currently b/c the people who owned Capri don't have any idea when she's due in heat...how the hell can you not remember approximately when your dog had her heat? This is rhetorical; I understand why some people don't know...but it annoys me!
I'm not worried about the people she's with NOW missing it...but it sure would help them if they knew approximately when to expect it, since it's not like the dogs I want her bred to are right around the corner. They're super busy and super nice; it'd be great for them to be able to plan somewhat as far as getting her ready to ship and ready to be bred. That's why I'm so happy she got her title so fast and her heat didn't interfere.
Everything has a price, Betty!;-) Have you tried to coax some Ufo semen from someone? I can see them being protective about some half-ass BYB getting it, but I would think you would stand a good chance.

The couple of people that I know that have it bought it for a very specific type breeding in mind. Not going to cut lose with it unless someone comes up with a LOT more money then I'm willing to.
Damn, people sure want a lot of money for something so primitive. LOL. Start planning The Great Semen Heist. I'm sure you will make history with that story.
I'm not sure yet; I am actually leaving the final decision up to the folks who currently have her b/c they've been at this since Christ was a Corporal and owned her sire for many years. Since they know what he produced best crossed with, I'm going to let them give me their input. They are fortunate to know most of the "big name" dogs I'd probably want her bred to, and know what about them is fact and what is exaggerated b.s. They are being very nice keeping her there until she can be bred, and traveling quite a distance to get it done for me.
She is an interesting combo of West and East, and her East lines are some lesser known (over here, anyway) dogs that, according to those who were there, were outstanding dogs...not your typical DDR dog of today. I may try to breed her to a male w/more East influence, if it's the right East influence.
When it happens, I'll let everyone know, but I don't want to jinx anything! ;-)
