If dog(s) has/have any health problems within 72 hours of Buyer receiving dog(s), or a longer period of time if noted here __ (hours), dog(s) MUST be brought back immediately to Von Falconer's Veterinarian, Ty McConnell D.V.M.
It's not that unusual for a healthy but excitable puppy to vocalize a lot, but that dosen't sound like that is what you are describing.
Did you bring the puppy for a vet check up when you brought her home? Was there anything about a vet check in your contract?
I think in my contract I had 3 days to take the puppy to the vet.
Hi Lauren,
We did not take her to the vet when we brought her home,
the contract states that the buyer has to take the puppy to the breeder's vet if there is ay health issue and we actually started
to contact the breeder and try to return the puppy on the second day.
It is my fault that I did not bring her to my vet to check up.

You returned the pup within 72 hours, correct? Ask the breeder to have their vet perform the health check, and document it and email you a copy, free of charge as stated in the contract, ASAP.
If the dam is a different dog than what is listed on your contract I would think that the contract itself proves fraud. At the very least it should be invalid.
I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that if there is false information on a contract the contract is null. I have lots of Harvard Law students as clients. If any come in this week I will ask them for you.
Wait!
Are we talking two different dogs?
The one you returned and now a different dog they want you to take as the replacement?
Or are we talking about a single dog, the one you returned?
I'm confused.
Yes, the next day they told us it's different DAM. and YES when we sign the addendum of having them sale the dog for us. they corrected the dam's name.
We have never seen the puppy's AKC paper ofcourse never transafer it to our name.
We have asked them over th phone about the contract is invalid due to incorrected DAM 's name. but they ignore us so we thought it would be better to settle this in a nice way. We asked them to work this out with us. That is why we were listening to them for the past 3 months regards to how to post ads to sell, lower the price for quick sale...we like to solve this in a peaceful manner.
Ask them to find a suitabl owner for the pup. saying sorry to them of how unexperience we are with picking the right pup.
but at the end, more money is where they are aiming on.
THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP AND RESPONSES....THANK YOU
but they just kept pching us...o it finally leading the problem to this.
Hey Randy,
It is the same pup we are talking about.but the contract we 1st singed mis-reprsent dam's name. and the breeder sent an email to corrct this as we were asking for refund. then we signe 2nd addendum of having them selling the pup, they correct the dam's name on it. If anyone like to se both contract please let me know. BY THE WAY...THE DATE ON TH CONTRACT WAS WRONG TOO. NONE OF US REALIZE IT TILL LATER TIME.
