THK is good, and I'd say to stick with that for now too, and Connie's talked me through poop logistics a couple times too.
Here's a store finder page for the Nature's Variety if you decide you want to add them later:

LOL Poop talk is SO fun. I understand, and I appreciate ALL the help. Thanks to all. This was, of course, unexpected, and so, I get to keep learning new things. Yay!
Yes, you have now joined the great army of poop-watchers.
Normally by now, of course, there would be links to photos of poop in Photobucket.

Hey guys! She thinks I'm kidding!
I would have a tough time estimating how many dog-poop pictures I've been e-mailed, PMed, or linked to.

Not scratch-n-sniff, I hope! That's got to be such a nice thing to get in your inbox...LOL.
I'm STILL not sending you a picture, but I will tell you that she just had another poop, nice log consistency. She does still have chunks of bone coming out with it, though. I picked it up with a ziploc, and mushed it around a bit. Lovely. Ironically, I've been so worried about her picking up rocks and mulch in the yard to eat, and here I am, FEEDING her something she's not able to digest. Nice mom.

About how big? Pencil eraser or bigger? Smooth with rounded edges, or not?
Are the logs regular brown, with no yellowish tinge? No mucus? Are they firm enough to pick up and still pretty much hold their shape?
Let me say again that this is not a sign that anything should be added/changed. If she has giardia (or the like), it's extremely common to have the diarrhea be intermittent and even to appear to be over, but then recur. And if it's mainly from overfeeding, she still has an inflamed gut and returning it to normal takes time.
The biggest mistake we see here (by far) when the dog is recovering from diarrhea is to go back to large meals or to start adding back in diarrhea-triggers too fast. It's so easy to get into a cycle that keeps her gut perpetually inflamed.
The best thing is to do is exactly what you are doing (especially the small frequent meals, making it easy on her gut).
Since she's on THK, you don't even need to worry about the lack of calcium in the usual rice-gruel diarrhea diet.

I'm asking about the appearance and size of the bone out of curiosity to try to pin down whether these are bits of chicken baks from yesterday or something like almost-digested femur heads from before.

I would say pencil eraser size, maybe a tiny bit bigger for the biggest chunk I found, but smaller for most pieces. I had the impression, looking at the biggest chunk, that it came from a back (spine piece?), just the way it was shaped. Kind of a round piece, though it did have a couple sharp points to it. The rest might have been from the backs, or even the wings, but I didn't feel like I was seeing the larger pieces that were coming from the chicken leg quarters I had been giving her previously.
No yellow tinge to them. Brown, and firm enough to hold together when I picked them up. No mucus in this batch.

I agree with putting her on Flagyl regardless of the giardia testing. My vet has done that with Kasey a couple of times when he was younger and this sort of thing was going on - she said Flagyl is often times 'soothing' to the dogs intestine and really helps get the stools back to normal. We've had giardia tests with other dogs come back negative a lot of times, for the first few, and then positive in the 4th or 5th try - although the Elisa test usually picked it up on the first shot.
