I am not a Vet, but I am not buying "She's old" "It's just incontinence."
Sitting on a floor looking at it, talking about it, wouldn't cut it for me, I'd want further tests.
Reading your post, and the timeline, I am thinking an unresolved issue that could be exacerbating, I am not thinking food.
If I had to get another opinion from a different vet, I wouldn't hesitate. JMO
Good luck!

I am 100% in agreement. You need to figure out what the underlying issue is. This is absolutely not normal!

Brianah, what is the reason for the dog going to the vet twice a month? Is there anything else besides the seizures and incontinence going on?

JUST called the new vet. The receptionist is like "well, she wont call you back.. you will.. you may need to come in..ill make you an appointment, hows next week."
I'm, like "It would just be nice if you could have the vet call me back some time today or tomorrow if she could, i just need to talk to her one on one first."
Receptionist is like "well, she ... blah blah. shes just gunna have you come in."
I really don't like this vet office.
My old vets, ALL of them, would call me, for any reason, at the end of the day.
I'm seriously tired of having to switch vets for this sort of crap..
Im thinking this vet is another "money vet".

Are you saying that the receptionist refused to ask the vet to call you? She actually said "Well, she won't call you back" ?

Well, i called my old vet office, the one i liked. And told the tech about my dogs issues. She said it sounds like it not a UTI or incontinence, but something worse.
That they would want tn ultra sound. She said if it was an infection, that by now it has most likely done quite a bit of damage..
She asked if i could somehow get my dog into HER vets office, so they can see what sort of pain she is in, and see if they can relieve those pains.
We went down the path of "you know shes 13 years old.." and "you know i have spent thousands on this poor dog, and i'm running dry, in a rut financially at this moment too."
We are just concerned that if it was possibly an infection.
We could put a pin point on how bad it is at this moment, and if it is treatable on my budget,go for it. And if the dog has a severe infection that has done damage, and if she is in considerable pain...
Reminds me, going through all this, and my dog isn't showing any signs of pain...

Brianah in all honesty I would switch vets, you are paying for a service that they're not providing, and imho it sounds like they're writing your dog off because she's aged.
I know about the money issues... but often there is some financial help, funds etc to help pay for care if you can't afford it. A lot of vets have their own funds as well. Jmo. I hope you and your dog are able to get this taken care.

Huh? Brianah, were you ever able to get some answers? I'm confused as to why you would want this thread closed.

Your dog could be leaking because she has a stone, a tumor, a nasty infection or a whole host of things that you can't really treat in an old dog because her old body can't handle the therapy. So rather than spend money on diagnosing a problem that you can't treat I'd just try some medication to treat the most common cause of urinary incontinence, treat her discharge by wiping and keeping her dry, and see where that gets you.
I'm assuming that your dog is spayed.
Ask your old vet about an injection of DES. Treat your dogs vulva the way you would treat your own -- wipe it dry, apply ointment 2x a day for vaginal yeast infection (after the leaking slows down---you can't get control with constant urine leakage.)
Estrogens have some bad side effects, but a wet vulva with urine scald eventually becomes life threatening in itself, staph infection and yeast infection will cause big problems.
This suggestion is obviously just a guess having not seen your dog.
I wish you the best!
