Thanks for all of this, taking note of everything :-)
Kennel size
I got a question about Kennel to use inside house.
You told me 80 CM Height is low.
I found :
- 8 pannels L 60 H 100
- 8 pannels L 60 H 120
- 6 pannels L 60 H 140
Well I bet you would say the last one, but since it cost much more, which is enough for rottweiler ?
Otherwise I found a L 61 x H 91,5 cm that cost half, but isnt good right ?

biggest is best, others will disagree, they are lying.
dude, making an outdoor kennel that is safe and awesome is the simplest thing to make yourself and way less expensive than a bought one.
indoors, if you must confine yr dog indoors I find free run of yr own bedroom the best way to go.
just make sure you remove all chewable objects.
I get crates are the in thing, how did we ever survive for decades without them.

Removing all chewable objects is, well, impossible in a bedroom. The bed, the bedding, the rugs can all be highly desirable chew toys with no supervision. Crates as an "in" thing may be relatively new but there is a reason they're so popular among dog people - they work, the dog stays safe and out of things. Here in the states we usually measure crates by the length. I have a 36 inch one for my 40# leggy Border Collies. I'd go to at least a 42 inch one for a Rott. I also have 6 foot x 6 foot outdoor kennels for the dogs that I use during the day.

I'm guessing you are talking about an ex-pen right? Like these http://leerburg.com/1215.htm?
35 inches tall might be okay. It's a bit on the shorter side for a rott. The pups grow tall pretty quickly but he should respect the confinement if taught to as a pup.
Doors are a great feature to have.

Unless you propose completely emptying the bedroom it is impossible to remove all chewable objects for a puppy. You would also have to remove the door frames, any baseboard/trim, and find some way to protect any corners that pup could chew on. It also allows them too much room to wander and go potty. An entire room to themselves is somewhat overwhelming for a puppy.
Crates or pens in the house are the way to go.
Having a crate may be a "new" thing but so is actually allowing the dog to stay in the house.

dogs/wolves are denning animals .
crate = den .
in my experience , if you don't provide a den for your dog , you are doing him , and you , a disservice .
the ex-pen allows him some freedom , but he hasn't yet earned the right to unrestricted freedom of the house or even a room .
as has been said already , it is up to you to prevent problems . . . an ex-pen is useful for that .

+1
I agree that crates were and are the top response to housing dogs inside more and more.

I would not know how to raise a pup without a crate, and haven't since I was 12 yrs old and had no life other than my pup.
We have a 6 mos old French Bulldog here visiting the farm for Christmas holiday. He's out with us and with the other dogs for an hour or so, then back in his crate in the kitchen while we are cooking, chewing his bone. My other dogs are in their crates too for this period of time with multiple visitors, it contains the hair, the muddy paws, and we control the interactions between animals.
The crate teaches the pup to be quiet in the home, it provides him a safe place to eat and to sleep. It is essential for traveling.
