I think true dog aggression is an inherited trait. Some weirdo hardwire for needing to kick dog ass. May also be helped along A LOT by how the dog was raised.
So, considering the above, Czech bloodlines are not dog aggressive. They are dominate, sometimes overly so, and also have plenty of aggression and the will to use it. Put two of these male dogs together and it is very likely that you will see dog aggression. But, I think that is different than the inherited dog aggression. There is a difference in my opinion. Put that same dog with a very submissive dog, no problem. Not so with the weirdo killers.
I'm sure there are many other factors to dog aggression, but Czech dogs don't normally have it. A more serious concern would be the propensity for some Czech breeders (and dickhead US Czech wannabe breeders) to want to breed super dominate alpha dogs. That happens. . .
Originally posted by Todd E. Gaster: I have not seen any dog agression in my Czech dogs either. Now my two Otis daughters, they have enough dog aggression to go around. I have found that alot of the dogs that go to Mink want to killer thier fellow four legged friends. Alot of the Mink dogs have alot of overall aggression in them it seems.
