... and last week he was weighed at 24 pounds hes 13 weeks, he will be weighed again this coming tuesday when i bring him back to get his ears retaped. ...
At 24 pounds, I'd give 2.4 grams (2400 mg) of fish oil (or if you get Grizzly pump, the directions on the bottle are good). 2.4 grams is one-half teaspoon.

and how much yogurt do i feed him per day
When you add it (as you are adding one item at a time only as poops stay firm), you can use it every day, IMO.
I used to use it regularly but not daily.
Now I have seen the benefits of probiotics to my allergic dog (remember that allergies are an immune response), and I now give it every day to all dogs.
The non-allergic dogs are getting about 10-15% of their food as yogurt. To your dog, that'd probably be up to a couple of ounces.
But I believe that any amount is beneficial -- even one or two tablespoons.
I give it early in the day, when stomach acid production is lower, because I want as many of the cultures to get past the stomach as possible.
Most dogs process fermented dairy (yogurt, kefir) much better than unfermented (cottage cheese, milk).
Of course, if I saw any digestive problem, I would stop, and then I would give a probiotic supplement.
ok so i have been giving him just the chicken and a lil more then a table spoon of plain yogurt, but last night he had the runns on my carpet last night ughh, i was pissed haha..
