I'm going to try to get pics today, but I am having a bit of a rough day so please forgive me if I don't get them up, but I will try.
The pup is somewhat unsettled today, but really not bad at all considering he had really never gone anywhere before. He is still all over the place, he is just carrying his tail a bit low (not tucked, just low). He isn't too bad on leash either ... he bucks a little and tries to cross his legs over the leash (or my arm if I am trying to untangle his leash from his legs ... he's a grabber). I can already tell that a big thing in the beginning is going to be getting his attention on me and not EVERYTHING else, lol.
I haven't quite figured out how to get pics of him. The way he acts, I'll never be able to get them on leash and won't have anybody to help today. I will probably have to put him on the tie out (we don't have a fence, have to tie if they must be out unsupervised ... usually used for a few minutes when I am in a hurry and have multiple dogs to hurry and potty) and try to sneak a few that way. I wonder if he likes squeakies or stuffies? Treats? I'll bet I can get his attention long enough to snap a somewhat decent pic ... I hope :-). We shall see.
Thanks for all the support and well wishes.

We will understand if the photos look like a blur with teeth.
I think that's how everyone's Malinois puppy pictures look. Maybe a bit more blurry in your case. Especially since he's in a new environment and everything is strange to him.
I've taken the liberty of posting a picture for you.

I love that picture, Angela ... how appropriate .
I have been trying out different names on him (everything from Zack and Taz to Kota and Ruger) and finally settled on something that felt right (even though my family hates it ... like most of my dog's names, lol).
I also managed to get some pictures that were clear enough you can tell they are a dog, lol. You can kinda see what he looks like. Better pictures will hopefully come once he gets a little obedience on him.
Introducing Roka: http://s495.photobucket.com/albums/rr319/ten_rizq/Dogs/
He is very proud of the long red welts he placed on my arm during my valiant attempt to get a leash on him, lol . I am excited to get working with him more.
He seems very environmentally stable, which absolutely shocks me since he really didn't get out at all. I took him for a very short walk down our driveway and along the short part of the road. He didn't even pay much attention to the neighbor's territorial/aggressive dogs barking at their fence line. These two Am. line GSD's had me pinned with my back to the mailbox yesterday with one barking in front and the other trying to circle behind (hence keeping the mailbox to my back) for over 15 minutes before I finally managed to scare them off enough that I dared bend down and pick up a rock. Once I had a rock in hand the dogs went home. This was the first time I had ever seen his dogs loose, but I have no doubt in my mind that if I was not familiar with aggressive dogs and had appeared less dominant, turned my back, or, God forbid, run from them, I would have been bitten or worse. Those dogs meant business ... ON MY PROPERTY grrrr. The dogs are definitely dangerous. They aren't confident enough to confront you head on, but aren't scared enough to be chased off. They didn't hackle, had tails and ears up, and definitely meant business, but still wanted to circle behind to bite. If I tried to back away slowly while maintaining a dominant posture, the male would follow me and get closer (at one point only about a foot or two away from me) or try to circle behind. If I yelled and moved forward, he would back up a bit, but the aggression would escalate. I finally kicked a rock at him and got him to run off about 10 feet so I could grab a handful of rocks off the ground (they understand rocks ... too many kids throw rocks at these dogs when they get barked at ... big part of the problem). I am just thankful that I didn't have one of my dogs with me ... especially one of the puppies. Oops ... I got off track. Never mind the neighbor's psycho dogs, back to my psycho dog, lol.
He doesn't like to be physically controlled and won't sit still to have a leash clipped to his collar. He still doesn't like the crate, but I can get him in by his collar (after I get it untwisted from my fingers), whereas the previous owner claimed she would end up on the floor under him whenever she attempted to crate him. Obedience is absolutely nil and he still doesn't understand the leash, but isn't too bad and it won't take him too long to come around.
He hasn't tried to hump me since I picked him up. She said he would follow her from one room to another in their house attached to her leg the entire time. When he tried it with me I just grabbed his collar and pulled him off. I'm sure he'll try again at some point, but I just can't see why she had so much trouble with him.
So, onward with the behavioral rehabilitation of Roka :-)

Forgot to mention what I found out about his papers ... it seems that the litter may not have been registered as both parents were registered, but not with AKC. As the former owner put it, the papers would have had to have been sent to some other country to register the puppy. I am guessing/hoping perhaps the parents were registered in Holland, which would make AKC registration impossible (Holland is an open registry, right? or are they just not accepted by AKC? or am I just way off base?) but would pretty well assure he is, indeed, working lines *being hopeful that I remember right about holland mal registration*
Lots of hopes and assumptions, lol. He acts like he is from working lines and doesn't look like the AKC show mals (thank goodness). I can't wait to get in touch with his breeder though and see what I can find out.

Elisabeth he is gorgeous! He looks a lot like my Rockit, who is also a rescue. I got her at 12 weeks though and she is a bit more calm than your Roka, I think. Which is good considering she's my first mal! She was bred in Puerto Rico, but that's all I know.
It is frustrating when you don't know where they come from. But, it only matters where they're going!
Good luck with Roka and keep us posted. Sounds like you have your hands full.
